Young Women's Mentorship Program

Ambitious Compassion Wellness Counseling offers a one-on-one mentoring program for young women ages 18-25 years old. This program is dedicated to helping older teens and young adult women transition into their community as safely and independently as possible. This program is set up as a way to guide these young ladies, successfully navigate work/life balance, and discover a healthy sense of self.

Strength of Mind and Movement Youth Athletic Counseling Program

The Men's Transition Mentoring Program with Ambitious Compassion Wellness Counseling is unlike any other coaching/counsling program out there. It is dedicated to the  our youth athletes as they maneuver through the challenges of school, sports, and the challenges of navigating society where they may not feel like they have a voice.
